Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

One of the most commonly used methods of therapy to assist you in coming up with concrete ways of changing your thoughts and limiting beliefs and increase your awareness and insight regarding how they impact your feelings and actions.

We will most likely use it throughout our sessions, whether using solely CBT or use it as a tool. Homework will be provided for you to practice what you have learned in session and come with insights learned during the week.
