A bit about me
I was born and raised in Cuba and moved to the US when I was 18 years old. I feel that my upbringing provided me with a great opportunity to see all things as miracles and not take anything for granted as my family and I didn't have much but somehow had what we needed most of the time and were creative with what we had.
I have been through many transitions in my life, left everything behind a few times, and transformed myself every time (sometimes it was easier than others).
When I moved to the United States, I knew I wanted to help others and eventually found that psychology was the calling: the mind, body, heart, and soul oneness. I am in service to others and Consciousness.

Received my Master's degree in Psychology at Florida International University in Miami, FL in 2005
Obtained my CA Marriage and Family Therapist license in 2011.
Received my Expressive Arts Therapist 2 year professional degree in 2013.

Attend Jungian trainings at the Jungian Institute of LA
Completed and obtained a diploma/certification in Embodiment Coaching program.
Currently enrolled in Embodied Yoga Coaching.
Love to read all types of books from Harry Potter to One Hundred Years of Solitude to Autobiography of a Yogi.
I am a visual artist, musician, dancer, writer, and sometimes a performer.
Currently working on my second poetry book and a music album.
I am a constant learner and I am always discovering ways of helping others.

My Calling
My calling is for people to feel and know that they are the creators of their lives, to laugh or cry without judgment, to know that they are everything…they are infinite; for people to create in play, in gravity, with authenticity; for people to walk their journey with integrity; for people to realize their dreams and live the life they want; for people to dance like the universe is their stage, to dance like they are the universe.
