We will explore how your childhood experiences may impact your present experiences and feelings. Aspects of your Self that are in your unconscious (also called Shadow Self) will be explored to integrate them so you can live a fuller life.
We will explore, challenge, and shift your triggers and identify your blind spots. I always compared Jungian therapy to Alice in Wonderland and finding oneself in the process of going down a rabbit hole and finding all the magical things we don't know about ourselves. As we integrate all aspects of ourselves, we let go of what does not serve us anymore and are able to forgive making healing possible.
