Embodiment Coaching
We will explore how you are and relate to your body and increase your awareness and relationship with your body. We will use movement, stances, poses, transitions, and more to approach your definition of your body and transform it if needed.
We will learn about “the body as “I” not “it”… as a verb, not as a noun.” We can dive into the social, emotional, spiritual, and physical wholeness of your body as well as the feelings, traits, patterns, and stories that your body lives every day to change what is wanted and trust your body to guide you as much as you guide it.
